The Windmill Winner – Orange and apple juice shaken with Smirnoff, Archers and a splash of Grenadine, poured over crushed ice, garnished with a slice of fresh orange and a cherry.

Margarita – Tequila and Cointreau shaken with a splash of lime juice served over crushed ice with fresh orange and pineapple to garnish.

Also available in Strawberry flavour, by replacing Cointreau with Strawberry Crème and Bacardi, or Peach flavour, by replacing Cointreau with Archers.

Mojito – Bacardi shaken with fresh lime, mint and crushed ice, topped with soda, served with a wedge of lime to garnish.

Cosmopolitan – A mix of Smirnoff and Cointreau with cranberry and orange juice, served over ice with fresh orange to garnish.

Pina Colada – Bacardi, and Malibu with cream and pineapple juice served over crushed ice with a fresh pineapple slice to garnish.

Long Island Iced Tea - Smirnoff, Cointreau, Gordons, Tequila and Bacardi with a splash of lemon juice topped up with Pepsi, served over ice cubes with fresh lemon and mint.

Bloody Mary - Smirnoff with tomato juice, a splash of lemon juice and spices from Worcester sauce and Tobasco, served with fresh lime, on the rocks.

White Russian – Smirnoff and Tia Maria shaken with milk and double cream served on the rocks.

Sea Breeze - Smirnoff, served over ice, with cranberry and grapefruit juices garnished with a wedge of fresh lime.

Tequila Sunrise – Grenadine and Tequila with orange juice served over ice with fresh orange to garnish.

Strawberry Fizz – Strawberry Crème with a splash of lemonade served over crushed ice.
